Max-Josef Trautinger (Dr)

Dr Max-Josef Trautinger is the IT Strategy Service Owner for Operations at the Versicherungskammer Group and focuses primarily on the digital transformation and modernisation of service and operations processes. In his role, he drives forward, amongst other things, the modernisation of the contact centre landscape and the deployment of cloud and AI technologies. His projects include the introduction and further development of a cloud-based Genesys solution for around 3,000 employees, as well as the scaling of generative AI use cases. Trautinger obtained his PhD (Dr. oec.) from the University of Hohenheim with a thesis on value-oriented corporate management in the insurance sector. His professional focus thus combines the insurance industry, IT strategy and the practical transformation of customer service and operations.
