As Manager of Projects & Innovation at DPD Switzerland AG, Hasan Yilmaz is responsible for the Project Management & Innovation division. Working at the interface between IT, Sales, Operations and Marketing, he and his team drive innovation throughout the entire customer journey – from the digitalisation of the customer experience and self-service solutions to the targeted use of artificial intelligence for process optimisation. His focus is on integrating new technologies with day-to-day operations in a way that creates measurable added value for customers.
