Irma Kujovic has been working in the customer experience sector for almost ten years and, as Team Lead for the Contact Centre Digital Sales team, now heads up the digital sales department at Vaillant Germany. She played a leading role in overseeing the roll-out of telli’s voice AI agents at Vaillant and works on their further development on a daily basis.
