Jonas Pilling

As an Advanced Service Engineer in the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure division, Jonas Pilling supported organisations with cloud migrations and the implementation of AI solutions as part of the Oracle EMEA AI Centre of Excellence from 2024 to 2026, and has been working as a Solution Consultant at Genesys since 2026. There, he combines his passion for technology with working with people, supporting customers and partners in successfully implementing CX solutions.
