Lena Drubel is VP Product, Consumer AI at Deutsche Telekom, where she leads a distributed team that develops AI products for millions of users in DT’s European markets. With a non-linear career path – ranging from media technology to managing venture and innovation funds, and on to setting up Deutsche Telekom’s new business team – she has driven AI innovations across product development and go-to-market strategies. Today, Lena focuses on integrating generative AI and real-time language technology into key customer experiences – from AI Calling to interactions within Deutsche Telekom’s service app.
