Lewe Zipfel

At Genesys, Lewe Zipfel heads up technical sales for the Central European region (Germany, Austria and Switzerland). He joined Genesys in 2011 in a technical sales role in Germany, where he looked after clients in the telecoms, insurance and statutory health insurance sectors. Prior to that, he was responsible for the operational management of the contact centre at the Freenet Group, where he discovered his passion for customer service. To this day, he draws his motivation from working with customers who are revolutionising their customer experience through Genesys.
