Philipp Lautenschläger

Philipp Lautenschläger is a franchise manager at Wintec Autoglas’s head office in Limburg an der Lahn. There, he acts as the central point of contact between the franchisees, their respective regional partner developers and head office. His responsibilities include identifying suitable new franchisees, analysing KPIs and the strategic development of existing partners. When analysing one KPI – telephone availability – it became clear why a partnership with Tenios represents a fantastic opportunity for our partners to improve. Before joining Wintec Autoglas, Philipp spent several years as Technical Manager at an automotive supplier. There, he was able to develop his ability to identify complex problems and find solutions to them. He was also in charge of the company’s own call centre, which taught him to appreciate the benefits of high availability, a solution-oriented approach and consistent service quality.
