Thomas Wind

Thomas Wind is a Senior CX Advisor at Genesys and has extensive cross-sector expertise in the areas of customer operations, business development, customer experience and business transformation. He combines many years of leadership experience in corporate environments with in-depth consultancy experience in management consulting. Prior to joining Genesys, he held various executive positions at Deutsche Telekom AG and LivePerson Inc. Before joining Genesys in January 2026, he worked at McKinsey & Company as a Senior Advisor and Senior Expert and was part of the EMEA Customer Care & CX Leadership Team.
