Andreas Klug
Andreas Klug is an expert for the digital transformation, the manifestations of which he regularly addresses in lecture series, trade journals and blogs. He is on the board of directors for ECM and cognitive computing in the ITC industry association Bitkom. He is a co-founder of the i-Service Initiative and the Contact Center Network. His passion is the use of AI software to automate processes in the environment of contact centers and back office organizations.
